How to book a tour?

You can book a tour in several ways: 1. Through the form on the website — click the 'Order' button in the menu or on the tour card. 2. Contact us by phone, WhatsApp or Telegram — contacts are listed on the 'About' page. 3. Send us an email. After receiving your request, we will contact you within 2 hours to clarify details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash payment upon meeting or bank transfer. To book a tour, a 30% prepayment is required. The remaining amount is paid on the day the tour starts. Payment details are clarified when confirming the booking.

What is included in the tour price?

The tour price usually includes: • Accommodation in yurts or guest houses • Meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) • Guide services • Transfer according to the program • Entrance tickets to attractions A detailed list of what is included and not included is indicated on each tour page.

Do I need a visa to visit Kyrgyzstan?

Citizens of most CIS countries, as well as many countries in Europe, Asia and America, can enter Kyrgyzstan without a visa for up to 60 days. Citizens of other countries may require a visa. We recommend checking current information on the website of the Kyrgyzstan consulate or embassy. We do not provide visa support, but we can help organize a tour after obtaining a visa.

Can I change the tour program?

Yes, we can adapt the tour program to your wishes and capabilities. If you want to change the route, add or remove some activities, contact us in advance. We will discuss your wishes and offer the best option taking into account your budget and time.
